A few weeks ago I was talking at my Blog about a new fabric keyboard that probably was going to hit the market soon. All I had on that moment was a few pictures sent to me by a friend of mine in England. Well, today we have more information to share.

Hugo Ortega has just posted a video review of this keyboard. I really was not too convinced with this keyboard when I saw the pictures, but after what I saw in Hugo’s review it seems to me that this one could be a good thing to own. But first I would like to know how efficient it’s, so I asked Hugo to calculate what I call the Speed Coefficient.

What’s the Speed Coefficient? If I tell you that I able to type 15 words per minutes using any keyboard that wont mean too much to you. So I thought that would be better if I take that number and divide it by the quantity of Words per Minutes that I normally make with a normal keyboard: 15/55 = 0.27. Now you can use this Speed Coefficient and multiply it by what is your typing speed in a normal Keyboard and the result will tell you how many words per minute approximately you are going to make in that keyboard. In this example, the Speed Coefficient is 0.27
